During my New Year stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the great staff, who went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. the room was spacious and clean, featuring a kitchenette and great amenities. the location was ideal, as it was close to shopping centers and other key attractions.

the room needed some maintenance work.

One staff member in particular in the breakfast room was brilliant. So pleasant, thoughtful and made for a good start to the day. He only ever asked a question once, the rest of the days he remembered our room number and that we liked tea for breakfast and brought us a pot every morning without being asked. He was great. The apartment was spacious and the 3 toilets were appreciated for a family of 4.

The hotel looks tired and could do with a good scrub. The beds and linen were clean and comfortable, but the rooms had longstanding dirt in the corners, the kitchen had long term splatters and the dining room linen was not fresh or clean. It was a little odd to walk through the car park to get to breakfast and the internet cafe was not on our side of the hotel. Swimming pool was lovely but the surrounds were grubby.

Ideal location so close to the Al Jafiliya train station. It was in a central setting. Honestly no reason to complain.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary facilities. The location, although in a quiet neighborhood, was very central and easily accessible by public transport.

    Everything was fantastic.

The hotel room did not have proper/clean bedding or towels when we arrived. I asked to speak with manager but desk clerk didn't want me to and said he would get us towels and bedding. After 5 trips to the front desk and by 1 am we still did not have proper bedding - they brought us used/dirty linen saying that was all they had - I requested to speak with the manager - the clerk refused. We checked out of the hotel. Hotel declined to give us any discount for our trouble. This hotel/apartment is geared toward 3rd world patrons who are just happy to have a roof over their head and don't mind a bed i.e. dirty sheets with the previous customers hair in it.

i like the size of the rooms. Its realy big even one bed room flat, very close to many shopping centers and city viewing places, quite area, value of money. good for big size family with kids. I stayed in the same hotel last year when i came with my family and i likeed it and that's why i came back to it again.

I booked 2 bed room flat but when i reached there, they told me that the room is under maintanance and they booked another hotel for me of 2 attached bed rooms and after a long discussion they offered me one big bed room flat with breakfast but it was in R level and it was the only room there!!. In addition the flat was not cleaned properly. The breakfast buffet was not good at all comparing to last year. I had my breakfast only once during my 4 nights stay there because it was not testy.

The rooms were clean and spacious, providing ample space for relaxation during our city break. The location was also quite convenient, with buses available nearby and easy access to taxis. there was a small supermarket in the vicinity, making it convenient to grab any necessary items.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. the maintenance of the facilities was lacking, with broken taps in the bathroom and a malfunctioning TV remote.

I liked the fact that it only took us 10-15 minutes to get to Dubai Mall

I will talk about what I didn't like... The room was filthy although we spoke with the on call receptionist, the manager, and two of the house keepers " one of them we took around the place to show the filthy spots"... There were the cockroaches every where in the apartment. We stayed for 9 days and not once did they change the soaps. The linen and the towels were gray, not white, and some were even ripped. I hated the place and I'm so happy that my family and I came back home healthy.

that the hotel was just across the mosque

the manager was very rude he overcharged me by 325 dirhams and insisted i used few things from the fridge which i did not then when i argued he changed his story and said i used 55 dirhams of items from the fridge and the rest of the money was refunded but was not ,i asked him for someone higher in position to complain but he said i cannot give you the owners number and you will have to deal with me only .also while dealing with me he started to deal with other guests which was veru rude i told him finish my problem first then talk to others but he shouted at me for that

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood that is very central and close to a mosque. Buses are easily accessible, and there are options to use Careem or Uber for transportation. There is a small supermarket nearby and a larger one a bit further away. the apartments are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Paid internet and lack of soundproofing in the rooms.

Location was ok, a 10 aed taxi ride away from metro.

On arrival staff sent us up to the room without a key and we stood there waiting while staff searched for a master key after key card was found not to be working. Our bags were never brought to the room as promised and we ended up fetching them ourselves. We had booked a non smoking room but were "upgraded" to a one bedroom suite which stank of smoke and set off my friend's alergies. When we complained they told us they had no non smoking rooms, they just clean some rooms really well! Suite had kitchenette supposedly for self catering but cutlery drawer only had a couple of dirty knives in it. Air con sounded like an aircraft taxiing around our bedroom and brought various foul smells into our room such as curry and kfc chicken! Room was looking very tired compared to photos shown online, stained wallpaper peeling off the walls, cigarette burned couch, mould in the bathroom and disgusting filthy rugs in the living room and bedroom. The bed was not a double as requested but two singles bolted together with double sized linen on so that someone always ended up on the uncomfortable gap during the night. There were strange greasy marks on the sheets and an assortment of bugs hiding in the bed (two small unidentified bugs and a large cockroache). The plugs in the apartment were english but all the appliances had European plugs which did not fit, which is dangerous especially if any children stayed here. There is never any cold water, only boiling hot.The safe was locked shut and small enough to easily carry out of the cupboard! House keeping did not even come to the room every day and once they took all the towels and only left one fresh one! We were supposed to be recieving a parcel at this address but it never turned up, probably due to the minimal address given by the hotel. However the front desk was a total mess and whenever we asked about the parcel the staff looked in a couple of random cupboards and then said no.

There is nothing special except it is budget hotel.

The location is very remote. Bathroom does not have curtains and the water spills allover. The quality of Towels provided is very bad. The sofa are not worth to sit. It is very dirty. Parking is not fully convered. It is half covered and the pigeons droppings all over the car. The kitchen utensils were very dirty. TV channels were limited to only free channels.

Rate is good. Quite hotel though I just stayed for one night.

We had to wait for 45 minutes in the reception 'till our room was ready, and when we went up, they jenitor was still moping the floor :s (Note: we arrived @ 12:00 mid-night). They forgot to bring a baby cott, and when we asked; they provided a bed matress with no blanket.
